About me

Curious about people, places, and how systems work.

Alongside software engineering, travel has shaped how I think about communication, adaptability, and building things for people with different expectations and contexts.

Character

British-American, curious, and happiest when there is a story to explore.

I grew up with both British and American influences, which has made me comfortable moving between different perspectives, places, and ways of communicating. Outside of software, I have a real love for travel, cinema, and gaming, interests that keep me curious about how people experience worlds, systems, and stories.

That same curiosity carries into my work. I enjoy explaining technical ideas clearly, learning through conversation, and building things that feel thoughtful rather than purely functional.

Perspective

How this connects to engineering.

Adaptability

Moving between places and cultures has made me comfortable learning quickly, asking better questions, and adjusting to unfamiliar systems.

Communication

Travel has reinforced how important clear communication is, especially when people bring different assumptions, backgrounds, and expectations to the same problem.
